She is the man's sister. In fact, the ending of the comic I had initially conceived was that she tried to inform her mother of her brother's pervert behavior, and he even tied up her sister to stop it. But the ending was modified because the comic got too long.

Whoever that girl is who opened the door at the end, maybe she needs to be tied up too to keep the secret.
