I don't know about having it be a separate thing since aesthetically I feel it doesn't look the best, as for the penis style i always had a personal leaning towards humanoid PP but i might put that into a vote.

Would prefer a separate mesh for the pp for better management. Maybe also a more sort of exotic type of pp but that's more like an opinion or curiosity rather than something actually useful.
