I like the idea of her getting stuck somewhere, mainly because it plays on the feeling of entrapment, of weight gain unwilled but thrust on her anyway. Maybe some notice on the chimney like "PROCEED WITH CAUTION: WHATEVER GOES DOWN CAN'T GO UP" (or something better than that).

Honestly, seeing a character pigging out on christmas cookies like a glutton and getting super fat from it would be really fun and also refreshing to see compared to the usual tube feeding content.
