A part of me that is very demanding and gets exited with offering new workshops and collaborate with people is very active, and right now is not doing me a favour. I noticed that being bombarded with posts on social media about productivity, being your highest self, reaching your full potential, serving etc put lot of pressure on top of my inner pressure.
I pause and listen to what I need, and my body tells me the priorities.
The moment I verbalised that I want to stop 'producing' new stuff and focus more on gardening, resting and rekindling my relationship with nature I felt a change, a sudden relaxation and peace. I allowed myself to change gear, and to feel that I don't need to proof anything. I am what I am, and that's enough.
It's also tuning into the energy of the summer that invites me to be gentle and to rest more.
Where are you currently at in your inner world? Any resonances with the natural world?

I think you are quite intuitive and you find the needed balance. The fact you connect with nature only reaffirms your commitment to harmony.

That is good just to connect with Nature more, it is my everyday life. It looks like you are doing just that beautifully! 💙💚
