I had a great therapy session this morning and I've feeling so alive these days that I'm ready to start the weekend. Not quite yet, but I can touch it with my fingertips. My plan is to visit the sea at least once over the weekend; can't wait 🙏🏾

The sea is my favourite spot! For all seasons! When I am with friends in the Netherlands (close to the sea) at New Year's Day , we take a traditional dip in the sea!
