🕑 Added 2025-10-27 14:14:47 +0000 UTCI came back from a trip and only had 4 hours' sleep all together tonight. I was a proper zombie and then a miracle happened. I went barefoot to the garden to pick some veggies for lunch and have a dip and my energy levels radically changed. It was instant. Feeling vitality and that gorgeous feeling of being back home. Specially with this tasty sunshine that warms up the bones after the cold water.
