The call of the sea
🕑 Added 2025-11-08 16:38:37 +0000 UTCI went to the sea to do a self generated ritual for closure and make internal space for new beginnings. It was very moving, nature is such a teacher; this simple yet potent practices keep surprising me. Very healing. Maybe you can notice changes in my face (pictures were taken within a range of only 15 minutes) in terms of being uplifted.
Very cleansing and playful sea; just what I needed to shift stuck energy.
Good reminder to go to the sea more often (so inspiring, and slightly warmer than the river). Grief and gratitude 🌊💙
