Winter solstice blessings to you all! Very chilly and very lovely at the same time. Decided to leave neoprene socks behind as I'm just for a pretty much in and out experience these days. I enjoyed that, feeling the water in my feet again.

Thanks! Yes, for me it was quite a bit of training when I started, especially mental training, like meditating too, conscious breathing is very important, calmly and never hyperventilation. Also doing it gradually, I mean for example start in summer and continue frequently, rather than starting in winter! I love being naked outdoors so if I can I do it, but right now my garden is very exposed in the village so can't do gardening naked (or maybe I could but I choose not to). In the right place for me, if I feel safe and want to, I do it What about you?

Brrr... even in a warm room I feel the cold of the air and the water in your pictures. I admire your willpower to perform this bath. Or maybe it's all about training? Do you practice naturism only by swimming? Or do you also pratice it on other occasions?
