From what I know you can become a Patreon anywhere!! It'll just charge you USD and your visa/method of payment will adjust to your currency! He usually posts a package after the YouTube video but he has been busy with his book and cons that we haven't seen anything for almost 2 months! Hopefully soon we'll get some packages!
