You'll find out more about Finn in The Originals. And you talked about wanting a witches spin-off, and you get quite a bit of that with The Originals too. It's primarily about The Originals but also lots of witch stuff, far more than in TVD.

Okay it's always cracked me up that they all went out into the woods to practice "scenarios" on how they were going to kill an original. Idk I just always found it hilarious
