Waiting for season 8

TheMew

I know it's sort of a build up episode but I wouldn't exactly call it slow per se. I mean we did have a lot of stuff in this one, The Word, a new Prophet, Cass and Meg back, Angels, Demons, and Leviathans.

(Also side note: you mention about breathing into a brown bag in your reaction. It helps for 2 reasons. 1) you can see the bag inflating and deflating and it helps you measure and regulate your breathing. And 2) when you hyperventilate you breathe in too much oxygen and get light headed, but by breathing the recycled air inside the bag you don’t get so much oxygen and don’t get that light headed/drunk feeling. (I guess if you did it long enough there would be no oxygen left and you would be breathing too much carbon monoxide but I guess that takes a really long time 🤷🏻‍♂️)
