Yes, Walter, the master manipulator. Remember, about the ricin. Saul had Huey steal the cigarette from Jesse only to make him “think” that he had accidentally poisoned Brock. Walter didn’t actually use the ricin on Brock. Afterwards Walter feigned to search and find the cigarette in Jesse’s house. Walt took it and hid the ricin capsule at his place. So Jesse couldn’t have smoke the wrong cigarette by mistake.

The brock poisoning was already revealed back in the beginning of this season when walt and saul were talking that saul told him he was done because of walt wanting brock poisoned so that jesse could turn on gustavo fring. I guess you missed that part
