I was watching Castle live and this season finale had me in tears.

It's torture. I wish David would drop two episodes for making us wait.

No castle this week? I’m eagerly waiting for season 4 premiere..

Still makes me cry. The emotion you feel off of all 3 of them in the hangar...man, that's crazy. I just can't WAIT for season 4. Kinda hoping you'll binge it haha

This is definitely one of my favorite finales. It's only competition for my favorite is the season 4 finale. Season 4 is such a special season for me because I feel like the characters of Castle and Beckett grow so much in this season. They both become the best versions of themselves and that is so needed if/ when they possibly become a couple.

Definitely one of the best episodes of the series. I remember being VERY surprised about the twist with Montgomery. And the end scene was just epic.

Here's an interesting issue: When you go back to season two's Sucker Punch, that's the episode where we meet Joanna's actual killer. And it's Roy who puts all the stops out of this hunt and eventually even kills the guy. Did the writers know back then they wanted him involved? Or was it just a coincidence? The episode works either way and does not contradict what we've learned here today.

Yoo...my favorite finale.. season 4 is dark and is so good..I feel like Castle goes to a whole new level from here on out..

this episode is in my opinion in the top 3 best episodes of the entire series, everything was so great from start to finish. i personally don’t hate roy either, he was just trying to protect kate as best as he could even if that meant keeping her from finding the truth about her mother’s murder, it probably wasn’t the best but he only had good intentions so i don’t hold that against him. i can’t wait for season 4 now which is the best one in my opinion
