That whole Joe and Peach confrontation scene at the end was really just the Spider-man meme where they're pointing at each other. Peach and Joe are the same, except Joe's a man, and probably a bit more violent and unstable. But they're both obsessive stalkers. I don't think Peach deserved to die though.

I think Peach was using the guy as an excuse or safety net if Beck said no to her. She didn't want to be vulnerable and outright tell Beck her feelings.
