Whenever an episode is titled "his story" those are the episodes not narrated by J.D. The inner monologue for most of this episode was from Turk's p.o.v. The first one was for Dr. Cox p.ov. in S.2.

Elliot did look pretty bad here. My guess was she was going to dump Sean because he was just too far away and obviously she should have done it before sleeping with JD. Once he arrived she changed her mind, but still a really crappy thing to do.
