As the others said - bowling night did happen, but Joe didn't get kidnapped and the adrenaline and fear of losing both Barry and Joe didn't make her come to the realisation that she is in love with Barry.

Last episode Bowling night happened before Barry ran to the morgue and found out about weather wizard, the thing that changed was linda and iris never had that talk which made her realize her feelings for barry

Great reaction, I love Snart so I very much love this episode and I prefer this reality for the simple fact that Cisco is alive, also the first reality we don’t know how many people would have died because we are not sure if Barry was able to stop the TSunami so the whole city could have died

So, bowling night did actually happen. In the beginning of 1x15, Barry ran to the morgue after what happened at bowling night and it was then when he saw himself. Therefore, everything that occurred at bowling night still happened in the second timeline. The thing that made Iris not ready or conscious of her deep feelings for Barry, was that her dad's life was in jeopardy. As Harrison said, without this life/death situation of epic tragic proportions, Iris feelings stayed buried deep.
