I've said all I wanted to say regarding whose "worse" in the last episode. And that comment is with all the knowledge of went down this season. I think this was actually the least crazy thing that Love did lol Like, that man nearly killed her baby - I've seen a mother's instinct come in like that. That dude was apologetic, and yet, continued to place himself as morally superior. Was it "irrational..." sure, but you are right to question what Joe would have done if he was faced with the same situation.

FYI Theo is 19. He is in college. Also, he should be blamed for flirting with Love, when she asked him in no uncertain terms to stop it. He is way too pushy. Yes, she is a bit older, but he is not a child, he understands the situation and her wishes, but he is choosing to ignore both.

I don't know who's worse. She is impulsive in the moment but Joe often stalks people for a while and then becomes impulsive.
