2024/8 Old Card Survey Link (Reward Tier)

First, sorry for being late again. I have handled most of my matters and will report my work progress daily tomorrow. Thank you again for your continued understanding. The cards will no longer be divided into three tiers; they will all be in the same tier. Below is the new version of the questionnaire: https://forms.gle/9foZB8xwuwFdHzUw5
Here are the compensations based on the status of each reward tier:
Members who were fully unlocked before July: The refunds for this month have already been completed.
Members who are not fully unlocked:
A. You can directly select 10 cards this month, with 5 of them being because you could initially obtain 5 old cards this month. The other 5 will compensate for the shortfall of new cards this month and the delay in issuance.
B. If you no longer need the old cards, you can message me privately to refund this month's amount.
Furthermore, as mentioned previously, due to severe delays in progress, there will be no nominations or voting for the time being. I apologize again for making you wait.

まだ完全に解除されていない会員：
A. 今月は直接10枚のカードを選ぶことができます。うち5枚は元々今月5枚の旧カードを取得できるため、残りの5枚は今月の新カードの不足分と発行遅延を補うためです。
B. 旧カードが不要な場合は、今月の金額を返金するために私に個別にメッセージを送ってください。
さらに、以前に述べたように、進捗の重大な遅れのため、しばらくの間、ノミネーションや投票はありません。お待たせしてしまい申し訳ありません。
