Derek stopped short, eyes widening and jaw slackening as he took in the vision before him. Clara watched his eyes trace the exaggerated lines of her body, from her inflated pout down the narrow span of her cinched waist, pausing momentarily at the shelf of her breasts before continuing over her flared hips and endless legs. She saw the naked hunger in his eyes as he drank her in, and she thrilled knowing the power her transforming body held over him.
"Turn around," Derek ordered gruffly, his voice betraying the depth of his arousal. Clara obeyed instantly, turning her back to him and looking coyly over her shoulder. She heard his sharp intake of breath as he beheld her over-augmented rear, perfectly outlined by the sheer lace nightie.
"Come here," he commanded. She turned and sashayed toward him, making sure to add an extra sway to her hips. As she reached him, Derek grabbed her aggressively around the waist, crushing her inflated chest against his Armani suit. Clara cried out involuntarily, her nerve endings sparking to life at being handled so forcefully.
Derek roughly grabbed her chin in his hand, tilting her face up to meet his burning gaze. "What's your size now, darling?"
"Eighteen hundred ccs," Clara whispered, internally thrilled at the flicker of awe that passed over his face.
"Hmmm. Not quite enough for tonight, I think." Derek spun Clara around to face the mirrored armoire, pulling her hands up above her head. "Hold these here," he ordered, "and stick that chest out for me."
Clara shuddered in anticipation. She knew what was coming next. The Doctor may have given his final warning against overfilling her implants so extremely again, but that had never stopped Derek before. Tonight was too important - he needed her at her biggest, fullest and roundest. And before this night was over, she would be...
