One day, Kara's coach mentioned a new type of competition gaining popularity called "implant endurance challenges." But the thrill of finishing and achieving a new milestone energized her. She had transformed into an implausible yet unstoppable athlete, conquering physical feats others deemed impossible with her stupendous yet cumbersome augmentations. Her implausible figure now matched her implausible drive to test the limits of human endurance.

Seconding this, I loove the look of fresh ones - juuust after the dressings are removed - but still with that defiant spherical attitude - even better when there's that little connection between the sideboob and deltoid around the armpit, it's one of those things that only really happens with fake ones
