Maeve leaned against the railing, gazing out across the gleaming cityscape as the sunset bathed the skyscrapers in golden light. The surgeon just gaped at her, seemingly at a loss for words. Maeve carried on breezily. "In fact, I was hoping we could schedule another surgery. I'm thinking 8000cc this time?"
The man blanched, choking on his tongue. "8-8000cc?! Maeve that's...that's dangerously excessive!" he stammered. "At 4000cc your health is already at serious risk. Anything larger..."
"Will get me a contract with Beaugard Lingerie, who saw my new proportions on Instagram and made me an offer," Maeve interjected smoothly.
The surgeon sank weakly into his desk chair as Maeve calmly outlined the details of her prospective modeling gig. As shocking as her ambitions were, he recognized the determined set of her jaw and realized she would likely just find another, less scrupulous surgeon if he refused.

God just imagine how ripped her legs are gonna get with all that stair climbing. With that and her overall fitness, she could win a Tour de France, if not for the aerodynamic disadvantage of her tits (and being unable to make a full pedal stroke due to her knees banging into them).
