Spoiler alert: They are lost twins and have the same abilities just opposites in a way. Chloe can steal from others for herself. Niji can transfer-steal her sister's size or transfer it to others (but she doesn't know exactly what her power is yet; she knows about the "Fur," the source of her power, but it's unclear what it does. She was never interested in testing it, but she always had a feeling about it in a way).
