I have an M.2 and thanks for the advice, I didn't know you could do this, it sounds complicated though. I suppose it's enough if I just use a cloud service or something like Microsoft OneDrive.

Have another computer and a sata to usb or m.2 to usb adapter? (Depending on if the drive is sata or m.2), as long as bitlocker encryption wasnt enabled you can plug it into another pc, take ownership of the files you want and copy them from the drive. (Never take ownership of another computer's system files- ex program files, system32, Windows folders, etc if you want to put it back into the original pc and still have it work though, like, only copy your projects and personal files!)

I have an Intel Core i9 11900KF. To be honest, I also think it's a voltage problem, but I'm so worried that it's for the ssd, because the bios doesn't want to show it. And the bad part is that if the ssd was damaged, I was stupid enough not to make a backup of the data, and that I will have to worry about getting the data back now, if I can. I hope it's a cable or something.

What's your cpu? Intel 10th gen and up have some problems, with 14th gen notorious for overvolting themselves on stock settings, which will gradually degrade the chip until it is unusable.
