I woke up this morning after an eventful day yesterday and wanted to record something quick (kinda... not really quick LOL) to update everyone on something! I've been complaining for a bit of some pretty persistent back / hip pain and finally figured out what it is! Yay for medical intervention! Hahaha, but also now I'm on bed duty hehehe and the kinda bed duty where I have to be a good girl and give nethers a break :B (omfg I'm sorry I don't know how to conduct myself anymore).
BASICALLY: I have been pushing myself a bit too hard lately and I've got a sprained SI Joint and some tears in me hip flexors and I'm going to be laying down and resting my poor hippies for about a week or so. I'm still going to record and post during this time but I just wanted to explain that bigger projects are going to take a bit longer right meow and explain why I've been a bit less absent on Discord / Reddit.
It's been a long couple of months and I feel a bit silly about how obvious the need to rest was, I guess I just didn't realize exactly what "resting" meant for a bit there heh :P now I do!!
Just a reminder to us allll to give ours bodies some good lovin' in the more peaceful sense now and again, not always the most debaucherous sense, lest you fuck yourself like I did, ba dum dum tssss π₯π

And please please please π take care yourself and don't worry about recording audio, reply messages..etc. take as much time as you need. Please take seriously about the back pain. I also have back pain problems... π’ the pain come back every winter... from lower back all the way to my feet . Please follow the specialist, and get more rest π π΄ . We all miss you and hope you will recover soo . β€οΈ

Ugh Iβm so sorry! My mom just went through a double hip replacement so Iβve seen how debilitating that kind of pain can be. Please rest up and feel better β€οΈ
