[Reminder] Please Check and Update Your Discord Info~!

Another friendly reminder to check and update your Discord info on your Patreon account with your current one~!
I just got a case which their Discord info was disconnected for some reason and had issues with my Discord server because of it~
So if you're having issues like:
1. Didn't get invited to the server
2. Removed from the server or can't see the channels (You need to be an active patron to get a role from the Patreon BOT)
3. Didn't get the right role in the server after upgrading your pledge/tier
Please double check your Discord info on your Patreon account if it's the current one you're using to connect to my server~
Sometimes disconnecting and reconnect your Discord account could solve the issues too~
