Contents of Today's stream
-momentum /flow - what is the difference? How to build momentum? how to utilise flow to transition from one movement into another. How to redirect flow and momentum, even if it seems impossible?
Extra: flow between cuts, how to guide the attention of the viewer from one cut into the next one smoothly.
-torso/hip rotation - for more dynamic movements.
-balance and body tension. Utilising certain poses to make your character feel like they are having a sense of body tension and idea about gravity.

It's not country restrictions, its about the rights from the content. I don't know why, but same issue here ;)
