Bad news, I'm forced to extend the hiatus for another month...
🕑 Added 2020-04-30 00:42:49 +0000 UTCI've been working hard on the greek project during the last two weeks, I needed a lot of time to make it work and I also put a ton of effort to make it look great, but I was really happy with the final result even if I was a bit late with it... that said, I have to confess that the first half of the month I was quite lethargic... I wasted a lot of time doing too little and worrying too much with the corona virus stuff...
Though as I said the last two weeks I got more focused on the project and things were finally coming together; however, these last days I found a serious issue: After progressing with the rendering I reached a point where the characters get into a small lake and I found that the new sub-surface scattering settings doesn't work well with water, its rendering takes 3-4 times longer than usual, so instead of 10-20 minutes a single render could take even a whole hour ( and while lowering the quality of the water material!) so the last three days I've progressed awfully slowly with the rendering of the story, getting a bigger delay even though I adjusted the story to cut half of the lake scenes ( the cuts also messed the whole story, since now I will need to add new stuff to the chapter... ) And yesterday I was having trouble sleeping giving thought to the whole plot...
So I've reached the conclusion that at this point I could seriously struggle to finish the chapter with a big delay, even if I wouldn't get any other annoying surprise finishing it. I've been too ambitious with this story in many ways, and it was not the best time to be ambitious at all...
well, enough of laments... time to learn from it, grit my teeth and go on with the projects:
- First thing first, the delayed Lessons in size part 2 will be sent this week to February patrons, I'm having a hard time with the script, but It will be done for sure, It's just embarrassing that I have got so late with it!
- Second, extra focus on the greek project, I want it fully done before the half of the month so I can start with the third and final part of Lessons in size, and have finally a full release without delays for once!
- Third: start working on the sect's first chapter scenes and characters, some planning is already done, but I better get to it soon.
- Four and last, the sub-surface scattering has proven to be quite tricky, so I better do some more tests with old scenes and characters and made the most of them to add some one-shots and images here this month...
Buff, took more than an hour to write all this... ( and getting a new mild headache along the way )

Thank you, I'm not sure about the title yet... sometimes it's the latest thing I decide, with lessons in size I changed the original one just before the edition.
