When Mobius was making it, I didn't notice it was 1000x708, so even I didn't have a more higher resolution

That's strange, but did the same thing happen for Package "050_JPG_01"? Purchasing the reward from Gumroad results in images with a resolution of "1000x708", but the current rewards for Mona "051_JPG_01" have a resolution of "3035x2150", which is what I would expect.

This is the video opened with a resolution of 1920x1080 (1080p). Even without any movements (Image 1), the video gets pixelated, which only worsens as soon as the characters move (Image 2). https://imgur.com/a/6fCtOJ1

I'm sure you got the full reward, but 1000x708 I don't think it will become pixelated, is there a problem with decompression?

I downloaded the video from the Google Drive link which is longer than 4 minutes, that's why I was so confused.

I see. That's a shame since, from what I can see, the video is way too pixelated on a pc, and it's not possible to make out any details without everything being blurry. It looks like a public release you usually get free with the high quality behind Patreon or Fanbox, so I was wondering if I missed something.
