Urbanize 05-24 (public access)
🕑 Added 2024-05-01 09:38:45 +0000 UTCThanks to all supporters! Lots of different things in this update, and a good solution to avoid NPCs failing to spawn on the streets due to game limits.

People inside the Alhambra club.
People in LS Pershing square.
People in a residential area of Fort Carson.
People in trailer park near SF.
People using telescopes (object CJ_VIEW_TELE2).
Ported and improved the Homeless and Trash Bags mod: beggars loot trash bags that they dynamically find wherever they go.
Remade people talking on a public pay phone: now uses animation from GTA IV and an own phone model.
Added "PedPopulationMult" setting as MixSets (replaces the value set in it) to tweak the population limit (from popcycle.dat) of the game. This makes more people and cars appear on the streets, but mainly prevents the additional people created by Urbanize from causing the game to stop spawning new people and cars on the streets. With this, Urbanize now comes with preset for weak PCs (to create fewer people, thus avoiding lag).
Added 600 box prop objects (and some dumpsters) all over Las Venturas, countryside and desert (sidewalks and alleys).
Download version 05-24. For beta supporters on 01.06.23 (DD.MM.YY) and 01.07.24 for the public. Possible bug fixes will be updated in the same download link.

Is it recommended to delete other mods with a same function and just use only this one?

I have already updated to the latest version, so can I delete the independent mod "Homeless and Trash Bags"? Because the current version has better effects according to your introduction
