Added 8 locations filling the entire Los Santos Port (Ocean Docks) area. To match Soundize.
Added 400 bollard lights all over Las Venturas.

Fixed a rare crash in the "BUYFD" script.
Fixed the "Yay Courier" submission being canceled when approaching The Farm.
Fixed passengers appearing in parked taxis.

Great job as always. I'd like to report though that since a couple of versions back, the hydras at 4+ stars wanted level have stopped spawning.
