SNR Progress Log #7 -- EP 2 BGM
🕑 Added 2025-03-23 02:43:44 +0000 UTCHELLO. Here are the planned background music tracks for EP 2 of SNR Records. I tend to mix these quite loudly, so you'll probably want to turn your volume to 25-50% when listening. Volume will obviously be lower in the final release- there'll be characters talking and stuff happening after all!
MONA-MORNING.mp3 is a short ambient track that plays during the 'cold open' where Mona is dressing in the morning. Song is way longer than the scene itself, expect most of it to be cut.
ROOFTOP.mp3 and ROOFTOP-2.mp3 are tracks I made to pull and pick from for the main bulk of the episode (i.e. "Mona learns first-hand what an 'adver-blimp' is").
ROOFTOP_SHEPARD.mp3 plays for the ending scene, where a sufficiently-blimped Mona is falling and about to land atop busy lunch-rush traffic. Yikes! It is named that because the MIDI is a shepard tone edited to endlessly descend rather than ascend.
Following up with my previous BGM post, I've finally made some progress getting someone on BGs! They're a SFW artist so I won't throw her username out there for now, but the updates I've been sent thus far are looking promising 👀
This also means I can begin getting the renders done! Expect me to start teasing those sooooon-ish. Probably like, a couple updates from now.
And yes, me adding flanger to every other instrument WILL continue. If you don't know what that is- don't worry about it :^)
