i tested things out for you. currently it is headdress + horns,hat + horns, hat. so you “can” modify the .ini file and get no headdress, no hat, just horns, but the top of her head would be a hole. You can however, make it be headdress only and no horns.

First, thank you for the top tier skins! You rock! Second, any chance we could have the whole headdress removed and keep the horns? Same as for Pharlova. I think it would look a lot better just with the horns. The option to have everything removed exists, but I don't know the hash values to modify this myself, sad. Thanks a lot, man!

Everything is working fine on my end. Perhaps you could try clearing the mods folder and leaving only this mod to check where the problem might be.
