Certainly a very unique idea, executed very well! A couple things to note, is that clicking the golden tentacle to end the bonus animation causes both her boobs to respond if they had been clicked on, at least in the web version, and the audio for shaking her boobs/belly once filled feels like it should be turned down at least a little bit.
