Thank you for your support, and thank you for sharing that with me. It’s really such a horrible story what happened to Korea. Part of me feels awful that your friend was so emotional, I definitely can get emotional myself sometimes. The last couple days in Gaza have been no exception. I guess I’d want people to come away knowing that “total war” is barbaric and at the end of the day ineffective.

Yes, even at some points loyalist bombings topped ira ones. Classic state-sanctioned violence. I’ll have to look into it more though. I wanted to talk specifically about how the IRA killed, as I usually do with this guerilla war series. But a video about the specific crimes of the occupation in the north is warranted. I made no mention of the shoot-to-kill policy. There’s a rabbit hole to go down for sure.

Amazing work as always - while researching this video did you look into collusion between british police/military and loyalist paramilitaries during the troubles? Including purposely not acting on IRA warnings to evacuate in order to drive civilian casualties to try and win the propaganda war?
