Suga released his mixtape Agust D a few months later that year so he would take any given opportunity to work on his music, considering how full their schedule was. I think they mentioned he wrote Give it to me in that hotel in Bergen on Bon Voyage season 2.

just noticed that yoongi's absence was explained in one of the captions that wasnt subbed sadly. and he talked about writing Give it to me in bergen but i guess its in a different video? maybe a tweet or vlive.. it's all blurred in my head they put out so much content everyday. sorry for that but i really enjoyed watching this ep with you! cant wait for the next one :)
