Right? that's exactly how ptsd is. At least for me. I love how well this drama portrays mental illness. Its comforting to know that if a disorder you live with is going to be portrayed, that its being done right. xx

The portrayal of a ptsd flashback is the best I’ve seen so far as someone who has complex ptsd myself. And I’ll always love this show for its accurate portrayal of mental illness.
