I think each person is different in how they react to it. For Yoohyeon it came out as a shock to us all cause... it wasnt really ever adressed and she is like so bright and cheerful and always has this beautiful honest full smile. To know she went through this and even more so, she decided to share such a personal intimate part of her history. Its kind of like an unwritten agreement between Somnias to never bring this up, as a way of respect and love towards her for trusting us with this.

my guess about the tear on Sua's face is that she also had something emotional happen, since she was holding the bear, but decided she wasn't comfortable sharing it. Or who knows, she could have just yawned and that caused her eyes to water.
