Very interesting bit of psychology there. The writers were so skillful at creating the character of the head nurse that when you see her revealed your mind automatically rejects it. The first time I saw that scene in the car I thought, 'I know who that is, but I don't know who that is.' Brilliant piece of writing perfectly acted.
