I think Shippuden had many great moments after the Pain arc. And anyone who says otherwise is usually just trying to sound cool. It's the same set of people who always complain about Shippuden being bad because of fillers even though they are skippable

If you're curious, Izanagi and Izami were sibling deities in Japanese mythology, hence their Sharingan counterparts are considered two halves of a whole. As for the whole argument about whether Shippuden is good after the Pain arc or not, my impression is it at least partly comes down to people who appreciate the explanations and origins it gives for the ninja world, and those who think it went too far into the fantastical, abandoned its roots, etc.
