Tbh I once asked on ytube where can I watch avatar series and I honestly tried Google and can't find any website to watch the series on. I guess the series is mostly geo blocked for my country. 😅 But I don't ask such questions otherwise. Lol.

they didnt want ikaku to be capitain. see one of the requirements of becoming a capitain is to have bankai. Renji knows that he has bankai, so thats why he was asking him. the reason ikaku keeps his bankai secret is for that reason. if people knew, everyone would also want him to become a capitain.

Ikkaku's weapon is a Naginata. Although it's shape in Bankai is embellished a lot, it still functions in much the same way as his shikai when it separates. There likely is a name for that type of weapon as well, but I don't know it. However as someone who has some experience with wielding weapons that are linked by a chain, they work very much the same as a solid stick when striking. Its been almost 20 years since I used my Nunchaku in practice though. I still keep a pair around for the day when I may need to use them, and just to remind me of those times as they are some of my fondest memories of my early adult life.
