One thing I will say, is that these statements these Espada are making, like fastest Sonido, or strongest Hierro, are generally accepted to be only true in their base forms only. After all, as I'm sure you've seen by now, there's no way in heck that Esapada No. 7, with his claim of fastest Sonido, is anywhere near as fast as second resurrection Ulquiorra.

The things at the end of episode is Arrancar Encyclopedia - basically, Gin explaining powers of Arrancars we seen in the episode. Quite funny one and no spoilers xD Basically, a Bleach version of Petite Clover, but it actually adds something to the story xD
