Absolutely.
Avatar the last Airbender, while targeted at younger audiences than most anime, is a phenominal show with amazing writing and character development. Highly recommend 10/10

Definitely a great show. If you are still taking suggestions, maybe give Toriko a try. Only downside is that the anime does not finish the story, same as HxH, but at least the manga ended, lol. If interested, maybe look up the Toriko x One Piece crossover or the Torkio x One Piece x Dragon Ball Z crossover.
