26:51 To be clear, anyone using that tool still needs access to people who actually know how to use the jutsu and are willing to fire their jutsu into the sealing capsules. Otherwise the tool is useless once they run out of the capsules the jutsu are stored in.

If you're curious, Toneri getting caught by that Otsutsuki, and indeed that particular Otsutsuki himself, are anime-only things (though we could always have the manga reference them in the future, as they've done with some other things that started out anime-only).
