They are making a lot of stuff more accurate to the manga in this. Ichigos sp was always yellow in shikai and black in bankai, and that thing Uryu is doing to slide around is the main Quincy movement technique.

Ichigo spiritual pressure is yellow/orange now since that was what it was in the manga, the anime changed it to blue.
