kuradeel and the laughing coffin guy aren't the same person. you can see in that one frame that the laughing coffin member has a tattoo on the right side of his face, kuradeel is just a creep who joined them

The thing about that final fight, is that while everyone was watching, they could also hear the conversation they had. So (in my opinion) the reason that Death Gun looked "excited" to say it that way, is because he just confirmed that this was the real Kirito.
