You are actually pretty spot on with how Rimuru named the Orcs, The community was divided into 10 different tribes: Mountain, Valley, Hill, Cavern, Ocean, River, Lake, Forest, Grassland, and Desert. Each individuals are named after their tribe, plus a number and an alphabet indicating their gender. For example, males and females from the Mountain tribe will be named "Mountain 1M", "Mountain 2F" and so on.
