Also this is something a lot of reactors don't pick up on but the "Final Solution" mentioned in the Guidebook? That was a reference to "The Final Solution" protocol ordained by Hitler... and the guy in the episode who was interested in hearing more about the Final Solution Strategy had a German Accent
