This episode slipped by me. 2:45 In our world that would be a Winchester Model 1897 with an Enfield bayonet, used by the US troops in WW1, and which the Germans complained about it's use in clearing the trenches as a treaty violation. You could hold down the trigger and every time you pumped the shotgun it immediately fired and was loaded with buckshot so very lethal in clearing trenches.
