What Tatsuya did, what the No head dragons called Demon (L)Right, also known as Mist Dispersion, was Tatsuya's specialty, decomposition magic. The same stuff he uses to e.g. dismantle weapons into their components, in this case he used Mist Dispersion in combination with his "Trident-Silver Horn" CAD to do 3 successive decomposition processes to dismantle Zone Interference, Data Fortification and finally decomposes the target's body down to an atomic level. It takes a magician's body protected by magic power, and erases it from existence, though there are some spells that can counter it, like the Jumonji's Phalanx. BTW the one that converged the Electromagnetic waves to make it impossible for them to communicate with anyone but him was Fujibayashi, the woman with him.

neel after you finish season 1 watch the reminiscence arc. its the full backstory of the shiba siblings and how tatusya became the way he was it follows the events of 3 years ago that show up in the opening of the very first episode
