They made Mitsugoshi to fund SG and feed the 600 plus girls. The money belongs to cid according to the girls. From the girls pov, John smith is stealing from cid aswell. The civilians are also doubting their money cause of the fake currency. The only girl cid needs to kick off the high horse is the girl who treats him like a dog.
